Fergus Falls City Council Member walks out of meeting
In the September 7 city council meeting, councilman Anthony Hicks walked out after voting no on a change order which would have added signage, a rain garden and vendor utility access to the Downtown Riverfront Project. The total cost of these proposed changes was $155,378.77. The resolution did not pass due to Hicks' vote. After Hicks left, the council could not continue business due to the fact that they did not have a quorum because three city council members were not present.
